Manuel is a troll. He drops a provocative comment in the pool and enjoys watching the ripples it creates. The only way to deal with trolls is to ignore them. Eventually when no-one rises to their bait they get bored and go somewhere else.

Manuel,

are u a motorsports fan??
if u are then u will know that it is a dangerous sport. the guys (and girls) all know the risks. they do it because they want to. and theres been more riders killed on circuits this year than the TT and irish road racing. so it is not 'we who are killing at least 5 riders a year' as u kindly put it.

Yes, I'm a motorsports fan.
The TT is intrinsically dangerous.
Stone walls, kerbs, unprotected lamp-posts.
Yes, we know riders have a choice but this is lunacy.

It may well be lunacy, but then so is climbing Everest, basejumping etc.. But life would be rather boring if we sat at home wrapped in cotten wool like a nu-labour liberal facist (uk governmant for international visitors) stopping others doing dangerous and even slightly dangerous stuff. Every effort should be made to keep people safe but remember you've got to die of something.

As AxisOfEvil said, mountain climbing, boxing, cross-country horseriding,...loads of ppl are killed in these every year. theres ppl killed in car races every year.if u ever hear from riders wives and family, they all say they want the sport to continue and they died doing what they loved. its a cruel sport but life is cruel

The old one about the TT again, should it still continue or not ? well lets get a grip on life you only live once & once only ! so if the guys & girls out there want to do it & we provide a safe enviroment for the to race in, well lets get on with living our lifes & not think about tommorow.Sometimes in life what will be will be .Better doing something in life you enjoy ,than sitting & waiting for life to come to you.So you racer's out there just get out ther & do it ,I will be out there in 2008 giving you all my suport. From somebody that would never have the guts do do it but respects the people that can. Thanks
