What about those of us who can't afford eurosport, we now can't watch any super bike racing. Being on a pay channel will reduce viewer not increase them It would have been better on BBC or ITV even if it is on one of the digital channels.

SO ITV have nothing at all?

I have Eurosport and their coverage of MotoGP and Superbikes to a lesser extent is very good so hopefully they will do a good job for BSB

yep, and just think with Eurosports habit of repeating things,, with bsb, moto and supers there will be no room for any snooker, tennis, bowls, dancing, golf, fishing, basketball, touring cars, knitting or anything else!!!!!!!!!! .

wow this is quite interesting, There's rumblings on eurosports board that they wont be renewing their Motogp contract which finishes at the end of the year. Im not suggesting that BSB is a replacement because it certainly doesnt have that kind of draw but its interesting none the less.
I kind of miss Keith and the boys live coverage that used to be on sky. Anyone else?

This is good news. The problem with the ITV coverage was that every time the action cut to an on bike camera the riders head appeared on screen, rotated once like in the exorcist and then exploded - made it un-watchable.

I assume by Eurosport - they mean British Eurosport?

It's sad that it will no longer be on Sky - I imagine Murdoch twisted their arm to take Nascar - after all the races so far have been shown on Fox - also owned by Murdoch.

If Eurosport give it the attention they devote to Motogp and WSB then I will be a happy man. Presumably Whittam and Barnacle will commentate for BSB as well !!

John you definitely have a good point. The problem with mainstream channels is no coverage of qualifying and support classes (often the best racing) + in some cases dumbed down commentary, also the action is often not shown live.
