At least with WSB, you can watch it on their website - available both live and full length recorded. As long as you have broadband, the streaming works pretty well.
BSB should do something similar to compensate for the nupty terrestrial tv companies.

Anorak, is that true about live streaming on Eurosport?? I can find no reference and it's my one and only chance to see it apart from the midle of next week of coure.

Andrew -- WSBK is available for free on the WSBK website. The live stream is pretty good with broadband and of course Motogp is readily available on BBC. Strange that BSB is going for less more specific exposure and Motogp is going for mass exposure. Both world championships(WSBK, MotoGP) being more readily availble in the UK than our own domestic series is a bit of a strange one I have to admit. It is certainly less of a pull for sponsorship than terrestrial coverage as well as Eurosport..

Channel 4 will broadcast a one-hour highlights programme on the Tuesday night after each event, with a repeat later in the week. The same programme will also be available on Channel 4's 1 hour time-shifted and free-to-air service; C4+1.

The show will also be available to view on the internet and selected digital TV partners through Channel 4's Video-On-Demand service, www.channel4.com/4od. This marks a return to the Championship for the broadcaster who last covered the action in 2005.

There will be live streaming of all races on all Eurosport's websites. In the UK this will be www.eurosport.yahoo.com.

In reply to the comment from Andrew:

Firstly, you are correct in your comment about WSB on Eurosport. You are however, wrong about BSB on Eurosport. I think you will find that is only covered live on Eurosport 2.

Secondly, what if you cost is not an issue for wanting to watch BSB. Money is of no object to me. However, living in a listed building where we are prohibited from erecting satellite dishes or cable is - what is your 'comment' to that?

Polaris - WSB and BSB are both shown live on Eurosport - if you don't have Eurosport - you will hardly be able to watch WSB unless you watch the terrestrial highlights package (if there is one).

Not sure if you can blame BSB for the lack of live terrestrial coverage - it was ITV that pulled the plug and Sky nowadays are concentrating their resoures on Nascar. You cant force a broadcaster to show it unless you bribe them with lots of dosh and I dont think BSB are that wealthy.

Nothing to stop you getting cable or satellite and a package to see live motorsport - sure it costs money but how much of a fan are you ?
