WOW. I didn''t see that one coming. I guess Yamaha think that Rob Mac can no longer develop the team they think they need to win this championship back.

The big bang Yam looks like a winner straight out of the box as it''s straight from the Moto Gp stable, l just hope we don''t loose the sight and sounds of the big v twins. Won''t be long me thinks before we see a V4 Ducati appear. I wonder when Honda and the rest will start building there special''s again. On that note: l Just hope the Uk circuits are made safe enough to run these G.P replica''s

There is a rumour that next year there will be a rule change, The Ducati 1098 will have to be 1098cc and not 1200cc, and will not be allowed to use special pistons etc, this would make the Ducati less competitive, GSE always want to race the most competitive bikes, as Chris says maybe ducati will use their V4, but that would require a massive budget

I don't think we will see a Ducati team in BSB now. There are rumours of an American team from AMA (the Parts Unlimited squad that ran Bostrom and Hodgson on Ducatis?) running Ducatis in WSBK next year, so Shakey could go there, possibly with Brendan Roberts?
