I agree with everything said above. Fantastic Stuart, Hizzy would be very proud indeed and I am sure that some BSB wins could follow next year is you stay with Shaun Muir's team.

It couldn't have happened to a nicer bloke either. All the best for 2009 Stuart.

Hizzy - gone but not forgotten.

Easton is one of the most underrated riders in BSB. Another guy who needs the right team behind him and he'll shine.

Lets hope he gets that in 2009

Fantastic result. You need to understand though, irrelevent of how good Rat boy is or any of the other talented BSB contenders we have for that matter, unless thier on one of the two "works...ish" teams they won't win fck all."NO-ONE" wins anything in BSB without mega money Sad but true.Short circuits is a whole different thing to the roads. Good to see him beat the established stars though fair play top job.

I was at the race on Saturday. As an Aussie I was on Cam Donald's side but when he retired I was delighted to see Rat Boy ride so magnificently. People may not realise how difficult the Macau street circuit is - no run-off areas, very hard hard things to bump into (like armco), a mixture of very high speed corners and tight stuff too. Plus it was hot and humid as well. The Macau race is interesting - it is not part of any series etc but still gets a good entrant list. This is the only bike race in an otherwise car event - the stands were fuller for this race than for any other, including Formula 3 and WTCC. Bikes rule!

Why all the fuss?
One or two of the 'average' BSB runners, the rest a bunch of no-hopers.
Nothing to get excited about.

Agreed Phil. A backwater event in a place stuck in a time warp.
