Leon Camier's advantage in the ViSK.com British Superbike Championship standings continues to grow after wins seven and eight at Snetterton.

The Airwaves Yamaha rider now holds a 55 point advantage over team-mate James Ellison, who was unable to hold onto the youngster on the way to a fourth and second place finish himself.

Perhaps a more compelling statistic for the team will be the fact Easton is also a mammoth 77 points behind Camier, ensuring that the team will certainly have a target on their backs when the series resumes at Knockhill.

Beyond the Yamahas, Josh Brookes continued his ascension up the order following a slow start to the season, climbing six places to ninth after a pair of podiums, while he is just marginally behind the out-of-action Sylvain Guintoli, Simon Andrews and Ian Lowry too.

Meanwhile, in the Mirror.co.uk Cup class, Gary Mason saw his 100 per cent winning record end with a mechanical fault in the opening race, but he did make amends in the second to keep his advantage at a healthy 56 points.
