Relentless Suzuki rider Alastair Seeley will make his full BSB debut, alongside team regular Ian Lowry, at the Oulton Park season finale this Sunday.

The Relentless Suzuki team handed Seeley, already crowned 2009 British Superstock champion, two GSX-R Superbikes for last weekend's Mondello round of the Irish Superbike Championship, and he didn't disappoint.

Three wins from three starts means Seeley has now all but secured the 2009 title, holding a 45.5-point lead with only two races at the Sunflower Trophy meeting on October 17-18 to go.

But before then Seeley will aim to beat his tenth place BSB result at Silverstone - achieved whilst running an 'Evo' spec bike, consisting of a Superbike chassis and Superstock engine - with the full BSB spec machine at the Oulton triple header.

"With Atsushi Watanabe nursing a nasty wrist injury after Silverstone, we have drafted Alastair in for the final BSB round at Oulton Park,” said team manager Phillip Neill. “Both he and Ian will have different goals for the final round of the 2009 BSB season, but hopefully it will be a successful one all round.”

“The idea at Mondello was to use the time wisely, preparing the Superbike for Oulton Park this weekend,” said Seeley. “After finishing top 10 at Silverstone on the GSX–R1000 Evolution Superbike, I'll be aiming a few spots higher at Oulton.”
