Crash.Net F1 News Who has been busiest after second F1 test? 23 February 2013 Sauber tops the F1 lap charts after the second pre-season test of the winter, having now completed more than 770 laps with its new C32.
Nico Hulkenberg and Esteban Gutierrez put another 343 laps on the car during four days of running in Barcelona, with the team having now completed 79 laps more than defending champions Red Bull. Gutierrez has now completed more laps than any other driver, his total of 416 being 32 more than Force India's Paul di Resta.
At the other end of the scale, Williams has completed the fewest number of laps with its new car having only launched the FW35 in Barcelona, although Marussia has only managed 93 laps more with the MR02. Williams did however manage more laps than anyone else in Barcelona, completing four more than Ferrari.
In Barcelona, there was little surprise to see Fernando Alonso and Max Chilton complete the most laps, with Alonso spending three days on track as he sampled the new F138 for the first time and Chilton on track on all four days for Marussia.
At the other end of the scale, the bottom three in terms of laps – Felipe Massa, Adrian Sutil and Jules Bianchi – all had a single day on track, although technical issues for Kimi Raikkonen meant he only bettered Massa's total by seven laps despite two days in action.
