Henri Pescarolo and Saulnier Racing's Jacques Nicolet are to join forces to create new organisation to run under the title of Group Pescarolo Automobiles.
The company will be focused on the design, building and marketing of prototype race cars both at LMP1 and LMP2 level, with both the Pescarolo Sport and Saulnier Racing teams running Pescarolo cars next season.
Aside from the more modern side of racing, the new group will also compete in some historic racing, focusing on the restoration and preparation of older race cars and the manufacture of CN production sports-prototypes.
The new group will also work to train young technicians with the development of the European Training Institute for sport mechanics.
