The winning run at La Sarthe may have come to an end, but Audi was able to secure another podium finish at Le Mans on the first outing for the R15 TDi in the French classic.
Peugeot picked up a 1-2 finish while the Audi challenge was led by Allan McNish, Tom Kristensen and Dindo Capello – who took the final position on the podium at the wheel of the #1 car.
