I'd imagine that this photo could have been taken during one of the MotoX (Australian Supercross) races. Chad won that series last year so would run the number 1 plate.

Why is Chad pictured here on a kawasaki? I thought he had a two year deal with Suzuki.

Better question is why is sporting a number 1 plate. If he's going to run the number one, he needs to make sure there is an asterisk before it...

Im guessing he's running the number 1 because he one the MX championship this summer. I wonder what Stewart will be running then.

The is from the last MotoX race where he showed up in full Kawi kit to race. Was a bit of a shocker. If my memory serves me right.

Stewart will run the #1 for Supercross. Reed won the outdoor series and can run the #1 in that series when it starts up again. I'm shocked to see him on the Kwak. Mostly to have learned it here. Guess I haven't been to cyclenews in a minute or two.
