125: Pesek wins, Faubel closes title lead

The Derbi-mounted Czech, who took his debut victory at Shanghai earlier this year, made a perfectly timed pass for the lead at the start of the final lap and was then able to keep just out of reach of the chasing pack, led by Joan Olive and title contender Hector Faubel.

With Faubel's Aspar Aprilia team-mate and title leader Gabor Talmacsi just eighth, the Spaniard is now just one point behind the Hungarian with two rounds to go.
