Phillip Island test times - Thursday

The three-day test is being attended by the majority of teams and riders - with the notable exceptions of Fiat Yamaha and Repsol Honda's Dani Pedrosa (injured).

Heavy morning rain reduced the number of Thursday laps but the track dried fully during the afternoon, when world champion Casey Stoner lowered his best time yet again on race tyres.

Kawasaki's John Hopkins required a trip to hospital to have a groin injury examined after falling in the wet.

No worries there .....I am very impressed !!! I am also glad for JT, nothing like seeing a good bit of Brit talent.

Casey is still the one to beat, with a time like that and not much use of TC....I am sure he has everybody shaking their heads.
