First of all, many riders have raced with illness, fever, broken bones, bruises, so stop crowning him for this. Things like that can be heroic, but Stoner didn't look heroic to me.

First off, Ty, if you're going to post on a 'Stoner' thread and want anybody to take you as anything other that a big yellow fanboy you should drop the 46 from your name!

To those b1tching that Casey didn't 'big up' the opposition, these guys are all professionals who rain or shine genuinely believe they are better than the opposition...even the guy in 16th believes it too, so, Rossi fans, don't expect every rider to pat Vale on the back and kiss his boots...they REALLY do think they're better than him, hell that's what makes them racers and us NOBODYS!

Stoner looked on the verge of hospital after this race...nobody could 'fake' that and it was nothing like Gibs shoulder. Cop on lads

unfortunate for casey. i think some people are being a bit harsh on him, saying he was moaning. i'll agree that it seemed like he was whinging but this isn't a gibernau. all it is is casey wasn't completely prepared for the race, and it obviously showed.

I've ridden a racing Fireblade (not even close to a world class bike) at full fitness and thought I was going to DIE...to do that being sick??? Watch the interviews again...the boy never tried to make any excuses, he said he was sick, thus he was the problem and not the bike. End of today..onward, nothing more!

doG you said he "looked like he was ready for hospital"! he gets your Oscar vote then? had he "been ready for hospital" mate he wouldn't have finished 3rd! I don't think he was faking it at all, no doubt he felt lousy. But his performance in Pitlane only missed the "Rocky" music!

never heard anything about any sickness on Friday or Saturday?? we only come to know after and race....the fact of the matter is that he was truly and properly whipped and he knows it...JL and VR both have got 0 points in one race each and if that was not the case it would we a two way tie and not a 3 way tie...CS knows there is no way he can win the title this year...coming in 3rd is the best that he will be able to manage....

Stoner the Moaner, nuff said.

I like this Stoner lad, hes got an awsome shot at the championship this year, he was 40 odd points behind at this stage last year and he wooped vale in the next few races coming up (exept laguna) STONER TO WIN, CMON SKIPPY!!
