of course the riders are saying progress is being made blah, blah,... the race points tell a different story so far this year. I hope they are able to progress the fight for 6 thru 10 to a fight amongst 1-17. Good luck ADA and TE.

Yes Gresini have made progress. They've signed Marco Simoncelli for next year. They might even make more progress by signing Marco Melandri too.

They could even cut costs if they just used their first names on all the merchandising and kit.

elias has a 2 year hrc deal, so even if he's ousted from gresini, a team like scot could pick him up and then receive a decent bike. either that or he's bought out of his contract.

As much as de Angelis seems like a nice guy and always gives his all...can't help but feel he's out of his depth at this level. The teams results will greatly improve next year for sure...

That comment about saving mulla on advertising using Marco for the first name and signing melandri, was great. very funny.

1) Elias is over rated - i dont know how he even got that 1 win vs rossi that time
2) De Angelis for everyones sake hope he is finding his feet, he came into the sport with lorenzo and Dovi and those 2 are braining it. Even Dovi last year on a cust spec bike was doing better than most the field.

Lets hope Simoncelli can swim, and prob a good move re-signing melandri. I wouldnt bother for Elias, useless dirty maneuvers puts the grid in hesitation when racing alongside him.
