To me Rossi rocks !!! What ever the world says or comments againt him does not change the fact that the king of Motogp will always be remembered as the most amazing & succesful rider of all times. I have never ever seen a rider so stylish looking on a bike as Rossi. Its true he is ageing & having a difficult time this year for a number of reasons, but never doubt his skills coz even if he starts at the back of the grid, all eyes are on him expecting something magical & exciting. To speak against him is like showing hatred towards the sport that we all love. I hope sincerly that his difficult times come to an end and he gets competitive again.

Rossi you are a Role model !!!

Damn. Rossi could have finished there between Grönholm and Loeb, Grönholm winning ofcourse, and so maybe helping MGr to Championship if such help is still needed ;-) Anyway it would have been nice to race u there (via TV and teletext.)

Ms Yeti, its only all my friends and my view that i have expressed here. I am 16 yrs old and i have been watching Motogp from the past 6 yrs. So its only true that i am unaware of the older generation riders.

I didnt mean to attack ur role models by anymeans. I am sure they must be good in their times aswell. Cheers!!!

Agostini and hailwood? Rossi has won more races than the latter but if you look at the machinery at the disposal of the former versus his opponents, you might realise that there wasn't exactly a level playing field back then. or has your luddite tinted glasses tainted your opinion? how about looking at austraila for a race or 2004 and 2005 seasons. The man was and is pure class.

Can't compare the times of Ago and Hailwood - they rode in various classes at each meet. Remember the 6 cylinder Hondas that Hailwood used to ride. Looked like they were hinged in the middle! I remember seeing Hailwood around 1960 in I think a 250 race at Brands, wait until every rider had disappeared round Paddock Bend before he started - and he still won the race. On a Ducati from memory, and yes, it was a superior bike. Rossi would probably have enjoyed those days with his record of multi-class wins.

Hey Yeti. Don't you think it is funny how 16 year old Tanio can string a better sentence than you and post a more worthy comment?
