With the amount of track time that he got and the lack of parts as Barros menyioned in his interview I think Chaz did very well. before you blast me read the aricle and maybe you will understand my position. The bike beat him up real quick and I hope that Elais can bring more sponsorship money to the team so that they will have suspesion parts, suspesion tech and for team owner to soften up a little and listen to his riders.

They are the ones who are riding the bikes Chaz will get another chance also what can you say about a young man that took on riders who have been on their bikes all year for a couple of years to a guy who has ahd only a few test and 4 races :?

I'm curious to know by what standards the poster applies to the AMA series when he judges it lowly?

More Factory supported bikes than the UK in their premier classes of Superbike and supersport.

Financial more rewarding than BSB and WSKB. Mladin is widely known to earn a wage equal to the lower order factory riders in Motogp. It published recently that a consistent top 5 finisher in AMA superbike would earn $500,000 in bonuses?

Top ten times in superbike, FX and particularly supersport are close and riders in those classes very competitive.

In any case, could someone tell me why Davies was in the Ducati pit wearing a team Ducati shirt and not in the Pramac garage wearing their team shirt? i think a testing role would be a good option given

'It has been further decided, also for application as from 1.1.2008, that tyre companies competing in the MotoGP class can, prior to the start of the first race of the season, nominate one GP circuit on which they can test for a maximum of 4 days per year, at any time after the GP has been held at that particular circuit. No rider designated by any MotoGP team will be permitted to take part in these tests.'

Will great observation didn't think of that so are you a implying Cahz to ride for ducati as a test rider :? if so that would give him the ability to catch up with the other team riders who have been riding for awhile and also help him learn how too set up the bike since it is a different beast. But very seldom do test riders become fulltime riders for the teams in which they test for which seems rather ????? to me since they have the most experience with the bike

Will,
Maybe because his commitment to Dantin ended when he withdrew and he was sniffing around his mates team looking to pick up some scraps...The man is not good enough for this stage...no shame in that...just fact.
