I think he's top,
looks good, quite a personality, sings, plays piano... and rides fast on top of that ;)
He will have to get used to not being in the limelight all the time and staring down the field
but he knows that I'm sure.
I just hope the British press doesn't slam him for every little mistake he makes,
he deserves a fair chance.
Take it away James! :)

MOTOGP » Toseland impresses Tech 3.

James Toseland continued his steep MotoGP learning curve on day two of the Sepang test, where he reduced his lap time by 1.4secs and impressed the Yamaha Tech 3 team.

creena that is far too sensible and fair an opinion for here! You must judge him instantly from your armchair and predict without doubt how he will do in 2008, being an expert in MotoGP even though the closest you have got to a race track is... well watching it on TV...

I totally agree with you by the way!

Gina,
I think I may have been a little too abrupt. Don't get me wrong, I think its great that so many women go to races. Trust me, a woman in leathers.... nothing beats it. However, the person who posted that he is 5 ft tall has quite obviously never been to a race. My mate told me this site had some great chats going on, and I came on to find people saying if he is pretty or not. Probably my mate winding me up. Sorry if I offended you, but I'm certainly not bleeting as you put it. And if any women ( or men ) want to see loads of pics and stuff log on to www.jamestoseland.co.uk
Theres loads on there to keep you all happy...

Cool Ratty thanks. I prefer the italians. james is pretty but won't go to his site - there is something fine and gentle about him and i think i can see a fine precision it his riding - at least while in the WSBK.
I believe all of us see some part OF ourselves in these riders and that what we see is what we like about them - at the end of the day. its like self recognition through the passion for this sport and their riders.
toseland - a bit neutral to me yet. all things may change.
but thats how females look at this mainly. i kinda feel guilty coz of that - and if you guys want me to leave this site - i will...

Good luck to Toseland - I have a feeling though that he will struggle on his second string Yamaha despite trying to ride the wheels of it.

pah!, fkuc worring what other people think, get your opinion out there & let them deal with it!. No two people look at the same thing from the same perspective..... but were all here for one common interest at the end of the day..... bikes, the people who ride them & the sheer entertainment they give you. step forward MotoGP! :)

That bike a piece of sh1t only 1 man can put that bike on the top boxs James what have you done. I,ve said that he will get in the top ten and i will stick the that because he is a very good rider with loads of determination and talent but he,s no Rossi. Should have gone to a honda team with Bridgestones please prove me wrong James. Also these times are pointless you just don,t no what tyre and set up there running not one that will go any were near race distance
