Not very wise to start a kind of internal 'feud' between Lorenzo and Toseland,
they better go about learning to setup the bike, I don't think they need extra 'motivation'.
Petty infighting won't get you there.

Specially of it s the manager starting it, not the riders. Im sure JT is the last guy Lorenzo is thinking of. The slow *** Yamaha is probably what s on his mind now

Racing's tough and MotoGP takes no prisoners. No point trying to disguise that.

Toseland, like it or not, is going to be compared directly to Lorenzo next year. Both rookies, both reigning double world champions, both on Yamahas, both usuing Michelins.

They say the most important thing is to be beat your team-mate but, if Toseland wants a career in MotoGP, he needs to AT LEAST keep very close to Lorenzo's performances in 2008.

2008 will be a great motogp year , i can feel it :p

by the way , i don't think we will see any "Lorenzoland-flag" this year ,

bye bye lorenzo ... go toseland go ... although i anticipate both will suffer, lorenzo could suffer the most ... toseland will have colin to teach him some tricks ... don't think krusty the clown would do the same with lorenzo ... after all krusty will be using a stone, he has built a thick wall between them ...

I can't see it myself. Toseland has more to learn than Lorenzo, especially some new tracks. Both have new bikes to learn. Maybe in 2009. There again, I can't see Lorenzo beating Dovi either.

Of course, I could be completely wrong.

Dovizioso and Toseland will fight for positions, Lorenzo will watch them from a far,it will be a battle between Kurtis and Jorge providing that Kurtis is mounted on a bike that is as good as the heap of crap he rode this year :p :p :p

Saltbush, your right.

Lorenzo is nothing without the best bike on the track. Nothing would please me more then JT and Dovi infront of him throughout the season.

maybe aside from watching Stoner kick Krusty the clowns *** again! LOL

I'm rooting for JT. To me he's proved his mettle by winning the title last season in WSBK.

However, all of the Yamaha guys have got to be concerned about the bike and development for 2008. Will Yamaha step up with a faster bike? Almost undoubtedly they will, but will it be enough to match the Ducati and Honda? A bigger question, to me, is how will the fact that Yamaha's top rider and title contender will be on a different brand of tires than the rest of them affect development?

It could be that the best JT can hope for is to be racing Lorenzo and Colin.
