Never mind the North V South cobblers lets all get begind JT, BBC Sports Personality voting starts this weekend. Lets not let some losers like Lewis Hamilton or the England rugby squad walk away with an underserved trophy, show the British public that not only do we have the biggest one day spectator attendance at Brands WSB round but that we also have a double world champion. Give JT another title and more confidence for next year

It would be rather nice for once to see all of you Brits positive about something rather than showing your typical negative sarcasm and put-down-isms. Smile for once, get behind Toseland, and prove that you do not have to live south of the UK to ride well!

Hey up Doris, your lot will be first to slag him if he has a bad day, it won't matter if his bike doesn't go OK, call for the sacking of the coach. JT will be good for TV, although with the slagging he'll get if he doesn't become WC in his first year, he'll be just a bloody Northerner, won't he Doris.

Gizmo. Cut it out will you. Brush the chip off you shoulder. All real supporters will have been and will continue to support James, win or lose.

Hopkins fan. Your right. We are too quick to put our ambassadors down. The sarcasm is just our way though, some people get it. most don't. I do agree with you though.

Well, here's a few successful Northern riders for you;

Neil Hodgeson - Burnley, Lancashire ... WSB Champion.
John McGuinness - Morecombe, Lancashire ... multi TT winner.
Carl Fogarty - Blackburn, Lancashire ... multi WSB Champion.

Oh, hang on, all Lancastrians, not a Yorkshireman to be seen!
What a surprise!
