Lighting the blue touch paper and standing well back

Stoner is trying too hard to stay top of the sheets in every session

So Rossi was going to take too long to get up to speed with the Bridgstones was he? By the way when was the last time anyone other than rossi won on a Yamaha? 2002 Max Biagi, Could anyone else win on a Yamaha in the next 5 years?
Good progress by JT and I wish him well but only one man is going to stand on the top step for Yamaha.

Remarkable, the Ducati test boy makes more progress than Melandri. So far I am very unimpressed with Marco's efforts. Who said that any good rider could jump on that bike and win?

Very interesting to see Nakano suddenly putting in fast laps again. I hope he can get back to his competitive ways now that he's on Bridgestones again.

I am surprised that Gina and co have not turned this into another Stoner Bash.

Still I would not look to close into the times. It is a test session and I am sure riders like Melandri, Lorenzo, Dovi and co are using this time to evaluate the next bike, and test certain settings. The test sessions to look at will be one next year just prior to season starting.

Wow good job for Rossi, way to throw the bike down Casey! I think others have said it, he's trying too hard now that others are catching up. Next season will be a Pedrosa/Rossi battle all the way throughout... maybe Stoner/Hayden/Lorenzo will participate but I don't expect fireworks from them. Time will tell but I'm rooting for Rossi to take it all next year again.

pedrosa is fast, rossi looks promising with combination of b'stone and '07 yamaha M1...

now, it depends on yamaha factory, whether or not they can make a much better bike for 2008 season...remember, there are many young bloods coming to the party !!
