Just hope he will not meet the same fate as Gibernau - from a contender for wins to an also ran when he switched from honda to ducati.

so maybe ducati is not all that great without stoner after all

or maybe stoner is not that great crashing on it twice in a row ,not learning the bike's boundaries after riding it for the whole year?

dont think melandri will meet the same fate as Sete ...I think sete had the disadvantage that his own ego had crushed him - and melandri doesnt have that kind of problem. to be a champion and stay one - you have to have a strong personality as a basis. not saying that any of those two are champions in motogp , but two total -almost opposite personalities, are most likely to produce two different reflections on their riding and reactions to results or even in relation to rossi.

1/2 wit at best.... what more can one expect from a female clown groupie! these girls have oh so much bike racing experience dont you know? well ok not ANY motor racing experience come to think of it! complaining and inexperienced opinion passing is their forte.

So again now why is Melandri taking so long to adjust...... hmmmmm, the truth will set you free!

Lets see here, Girls are dumb. Anyone who likes Rossi is dumb (especially girls). Anyone who has never actually raced should not express their opinions on the subject (especially girls). Melandri isn't very good. And, you hold the TRUTH.

If we didn't respect them where would we be, still in the dark ages i guess...

Some seem to be pretty dumb yes most deffinetely although surely not just limited to the female of the species case in point- JJ "anyone who likes Rossi is dumb" and "Melandri isnt very good" Interesting choice of words these blind groupie fans most deffinetely are a sandwich short of the picnic of that there can be no doubt! based on the nonsense they continually dribble up about around here....

One again for the girly self appointed experts then...... Why is Melandri taking so long to adjust to the Ducati?

Marty maybe his foxing every body by not doing a full lap flat out, perhaps if we had the fastest times from every section of the track we might get a true picure of what he is doing. Its an old ploy but one that is still used very succesfully to fool the competition, his team aren't worrying about his times and they have access to his telemetary

I know a female motorcycle mechanic, she is known among her colleagues for her skill,
knowledge and precision, yet some bikers won't let her near their motorcycle...

I have female friends who are good riders and very much enthusiasts of bike racing also..... clown blind they are not though! but then again they have been doing this for much longer than rossi has been around for- go figure!

I like the Melandri foxing excuse why didnt I think of that, maybe thats what Loris and Alex where doing throughout 07,
