Good to see the lad put his recovery, team, & sponsers above going out and getting on the turps. I guess it shows how dedicated he really is, and a team player he really is.

Best of luck lad, and hope your recovery is swift.

What a strange twist of fate that Casey Stoner couldn't be there...

Woulda loved to be there.

Even though he's undergoing treatment, I'm surprised he didn't make it. I'm sure Italy has teh same medical equipment as Aussieland. All Ducati would have had to do is to pay for his doctor's to make the trip for a few days.

It is Ducatis party, not Dorna's (and even then Biaggi wouldn't be there)

At least the Italians know how to throw a party - I don't recall any of the Japanese factories getting all wild and crazy when they won.

Nice how Stoner couldn't be bothered to show up. He should enjoys it while it lasts. Just ask Nicky. Ah well... this year Bologna, next year Tavullia

A small article in an Australian newspaper says that Stoners injury is far worse than first thought and may require a full shoulder reconstruction that could keep him out of action for up to 9 months this may explain Stoners non appearance.Just a comment on Aussie medics (without bragging) because the codes of football played in Australia 2 Rugby & Australian football, shoulder injuries are very common so the medics are used to these type of opperations they happen by the dozen every weekend to varying degrees, lets hope for the sake of Casey & MotoGp it can be sorted without a complete reconstuction, it seems that the injury is beyond the healing powers of Emu eggs and Kangaroo steaks
