Talmacsi not having the number 1 plate then , Bradley got to push hard this year plenty of others waiting for his ride. Good to see Danny Webb riding in GP again

Why hasn't Talmacsi moved up to 250s? Isn't he a bit too old to be playing with the kids?

M - He was 26 when he won the championship. I've just re-read my previous comment and I sound a right ageist git!!! What I mean't was wouldn't it better for his career progression if he moved up to 250s as early as possible, because time definitely is not on his side. He's a deserving 125 world champ, won a long, hard battle, so what has he left to prove at this level? Does anyone else think he has missed the boat or is it me being cynical?

Talmacsi probably has more trouble with sponsors compared to other riders because of his Hungarian background. I think his mental mistake with KTM that was so much of a problem for Kalio (accidentally beating him that one time) may have given him a reputation as not a team player. IMHO, Talmacsi really proved his class last year with Faubel bieng a bad loser and Talmacsi handling it with grace and humility. He may have missed this boat to 250/MotoGP but if he keeps riding at this level he will very likely get on the next one.

Thanks waltzin. people should remember when reading comments it can be easy to take it in a way that was not intended, we shouldnt be so quick to take comments as if people are having a go all the time. but when you consider pedrosa vermuelen and stoner, they are all in the top class and they are younger than Talmacsi I think you have a point perhaps its time he joined them before its too late, maybe he isnt confident enough? (im only having a guess here)

I think Talmacsi can expect hard competition from Koyama and Gadea. I don't know if guys like Espargaro, Rabat, Smith and Krummenacher are already good enough to fight fo the world titel.

It will be a battle between Koyama and Talmacsi. But I'm a little afraid the Aprillia RSA is the better one. KTM is good, but less than Aprillia........
