MOTOGP » 250: Aoyama moves to WSBK

The latest 2008 World Superbike entry list has confirmed that Shuhei Aoyama, younger brother of KTM star Hiroshi, will switch from 250GP to WSBK this season.

Well is also says Aoyama to WSBK, so if you don't like WSBK why did u click on it? I hope you arn't one of these who sees WSBK as a poor relation to Moto GP and doesn't follow all forms of bike racing. But in the case of Aoyama i hope HRC do give him some good machinery coz hes going to need it this year thats for sure

Sad to see Shuhei go, he's a good rider and it was interesting to see him in the same class as his brother on another brand.
However Honda is moving away from 250's so it may be best for him to go along with what he's offered.
Will be interesting to see what he can do on a big fourstroke.

hopefully the signing of S. Aoyama & L. Morelli will rejuvenate Tomassi's [alto] evolution Honda team...last year was a complete disaster with their equipment truck being hijacked in France, Josh Brookes quitting mid-season & the absence of quality electronics...but with experienced technical director Marco Nicotari at the helm & possible factory support & if the new Fireblade is a good package out of the box, better results should follow, certainly couldn't get any worse!
