Bentley,I was thinking the same thing!
@ Morgue-it's because he's doing that same disgusted, yet almost satisfied, walk away from the bike after doing something that's going a long way towards ruining Honda's chances for the year. The first time,it was crashing Nicky out. This time it's wrecking a development bike and taking himself out in the process.

what makes me laugh about this pic, is they seem to have no clue what they are doin, and if u look on the photo gallery at motogp.com, and take a look at the pic of the bike on fire...there's a marshall with a bloody wooly hat on!

not as if its hot enough out there already, but to also be next to a motorbike on fire, and still need the winter warmers...obviously someone doesnt feel the heat

Lighten up peaple, If you dont like it go watch soccer...and it is much worse for road riders, but a lot of you would'nt understand that I guess.

I could use the swingarm.....and the data logger if its still good, he can keep the TC.
Spewing there is no video yet...theres nothing like a bike going down in flames, and that would hurt the Honda peaple for sure, burning bikes is not how they want the world to see there bikes.

I really don't think is does matter to look at a burning bike unless you look at it with a certain sick kind of satisfaction.

In the end it really makes you understand to what extend these guys are taking risks compared to F1 for example. You don't realise the potential hazard unless it really happens. Slalom ski is maybe comparable or for that matter yourself on your bike going to work...

As long as you keep things in their context it's ok. Just really hope the burning action is on track, rubber down and not somewhere else...

I'm not into fotoseries of crashing riders, especially not if they get injured.
I know some people watch the sport for the incidents but it's not my cup of tea.

That's expensive! It could cost them more than that overall too. Hope Dani recovers soon and that Nicky can prove to the doubters that he can aid development.
