Casey is a great rider and fair play to him, he has an awesome machine with the best TC set up bar none (Ducati only team with no fish-tailing exiting corners apparently). BUT...unless Rossi & Lorenzo with the works Yamaha M1 have a secret weapon with their engine - we''re all screwed. Pedrosa won''t beat Hayden in my view. Hayden is on it 110% and will use this time to develop the bike his way. So it''s up to Hayden, Rossi and new boy Lorenzo to claw back up to the TC genius that are Ducati and Casey.

I for one don''t want to watch a machine that dominates the competition a second a lap faster than anyone else?

Shades of Ferrari in F1. Wonderful for Ferrari fans but boring for others.

In another thread someone who was actually there at PI suggested that it sounded like Casey was using the least amount of TC. Unless Ducati has some sort of TC that doesn't cut the engine when it operates. It was suggested that all the other bikes engines could be heard cutting out on the exits but not the Ducati. Wouldn't that cause the rotation of the earth to change if it was proven that Stoner was using less TC then others!

From the articals I have read, TC makes a lot of spluttering when its working.
The races I have been to you can hear it easily.

I was not at PI, shame, but thats life Reports say Stoners was so much smoother than everybody, including Marco and not spluttering. But I suppose Ducati make a special version for Casey.

Marco is probably even on Loris bike from last year..........

I so look forward to March when all you moaners will be all out in force.

If only Dani had not broken his hand, he may have been the only one to be able to beat Stoner at Qatar. He is i think the best chance for all-round motogp fans to see someone other than Ducati and Stoner win big again.

Lets hoope Dani and Honda have a battle plan to take em down.

Rossi-yammaha-brigstone-(what the **** is he up to) ??????

Would be great to see JT with a proper factory bike.
Will not be impressed if he is just missing out
when he could be making a real shot at wins/podiums.

It is starting to look like last year where there was daylight between Stoner and his team mate. Melandri(who I believe has immense talent)will come under increasing pressure to close the gap between himself and Stoner. He will have to make the decision to change the bike OR change his riding style to suit the bike. Hopefully this matter can be addressed soon as I am sure no one would like to see a very talented Melandri finish the year doubting his own ability. Having said that I believe Stoner's ability is still underestimated by many.

Blimey, Stoner just gets faster and faster. It must be bad for Rossi and Pedrosa just watching from afar, especially with JT going sooo well on that Yamaha. These guy should not be underestimated (casey and JT).

I think West peaked two thirds of the way through last year. He was brilliant on the supersport Yamaha and this is why he got the gig with Kawasaki but it looks like Motogp is a step too far for him. Melandri, oh dear. That Ducati is no pussy cat.
