We can argue Rossi better than Stoner and vice versa till we are all blue in the face but until they are given identical machinery, data, mechanics etc for a whole season we are never going to know the answer, so why don't we all call it quits, its kin pathetic

Why all the fuss about the speed of the Ducati? If Ducati can engineer every last ounce from that 800, why cant the Japanese?
How can Ducati while playing within the rules design, build and then let the electronic engineers produce a FEARSOME weapon that allows Casey to get on the drive exiting corners and slay the opposition down the straights? The first on the exit drive will hit top speed first. To finish first, first you have to finish and Casey seems to know how to push his beast to the limit. If last years drubbing by Casey is down to machine advantage rather than skill then the Valentino years were too.
I'm sure Ducati would like 2 Factory bikes at the front, not just Casey's

Yep, Thats how it works. Same for Rossi at Honda and Yamaha, As much as I hate team orders. Rossi has been sailing that ship for ever, so Ducati felt they must compete likwise. The philosophy is get as many bikes between you and the competition as possble. Maximise points and take as many from the competition as the budget allows.

Well we know Sete couldnt challenge and Loris was out of touch so luckily for Ducati Casey came along and carry'd them over the line or they'd have gotten know where again in 07. No wonder the Ducati team rave about Casey's abillity.
Lets not forget why Ducati use a screamer engine, why they use bridstone and Shell.

You're right, his Ducati was dead slow. It's a bloody miracle he came first with that thing.

Well its unlikely they will be on the same team any time soon... So again here we go

Yes rules are 'equal' for all manufacturers to come up with a winning package...
I happily challenge anyone to prove factually that Casey had an unfair performance advantage! Keep in mind if it was 'HIS' bike alone why did the other Ducati riders at the very least not come in #2 and #3 in the 07 championship?
Just the facts please if at all possible ;)
