you know, Dani Pedrosa is always **** talking on Nicky Hayden and just about blaming everyone but himself when he doesnt go fast enough. It isnt good for the series if respol honda are really off the pace, especially for Nicky Hayden who you never really hear complain and just keeps his head down. I''d love to see Nicky outpace Dani for the entire year and have the last laugh. I hope he can figure out the Hnda and not Dani.

MOTOGP » Repsol Honda receives 2007 bikes!

Repsol Honda could make a complete U-turn and start the 2008 MotoGP season, at Qatar on Sunday night, using exactly the same RC212Vs that it finished last season with.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh dear.

So Honda is starting to think that nothing on its ''08 is better than the 07??

What a mess. Honda really needs to sort its leadership out. Something should have been done to get the ''08 project in order before it got to this point.

Feel really sorry for Hayden after all the laps he''s done to try and give Honda the info. they needed to get the thing working.

Sounds similar to Honda's F1 effort.

Kind of funny, and serves them right though. Honda got the rules changed to try and beat Yamaha - and ended up getting spanked by DUCATI!!!

But not funny for TV viewers. Basically it looks like: Stoner Vs Rossi and maybe Lorenzo. Shame, would have been great to see Hayden all over Stoner.

I can't ever remember honda been in such a mess is it because they don't have a good rider to give them feedback or is it because they don't listen to the rider!!

Why not run the 07 spec bike if it's faster? It's only logical.
But it's kinda funny that they cant produce a bike that would be on par with the others(pneumatic vise). They knew from the start of the season that they'll have to build a damn good pneumatic engine to challange mainly the Ducati power and the other manufacturers. So I guees the R&D department at Honda realy like's playing with them old springs...
I just hope that Yamaha will give Stoner a tough time at the start fo the season. so that the races will be close! That's what we wanna see isn't it!

Yamaha had problems with their pneumatic valve engines at first, but they started a year ahead of Honda. Remember Rossi having loads of engine problems with it. I suppose it just needs more time and development, but should get there like Yamaha.

Going back to the 2007 bike looks odd, but if it works, hey, why not. At first they said that they were only getting them to compare the performance with the 2008 bike. We'll see what happens.

You'd think that with Honda withdrawing their development effort from 125's and 250's, they'd get MotoGP right!

It would seem that the mighty Honda has lost it's way in MotoGP, couple that with the lack of results in F1 then you would think that the top brass are going to have to make some changes to get back to winning ways one again.
At least the 2008 Fireblade seems to be getting on the ball in WSBK!!

Anybody out there remember Jeremy Burgess? Repsol had Jeremy just about all the time they were winning... with Doohan and then Rossi. Point to ponder.

This might be a good thing, to go back to the 07 bike that they all know and is a good bike for Dani, because he's going to be the rider of the two to do anything regarding race results this year, as all the Hayden tribe are going to keep saying that the bike doesnt suit Hayden, if Hayden has done so much testing and hard work into the 08 bike then the only reason its c.r.a.p. is because Hayden has failed.
