Pure speed in these masters, no matter what form of racing. He could ride a snail around a circuit in under 2 minutes.

Shui is the answer for sure!!!... he will be able to help set the Ducati up so its just as easy to ride as the Yamaha ;) Its softer suspension seems better for the old riders if you understand bike setup? Only problem then being its too relaxing to ride and the rider falling asleep, loosing track of how many laps he has completed :p

@ Garry Coates. Casey Stoner got his first ride in Motogp in 2006. He was 20 years old . His fisrt Motogp race in Spain in 2006. He was mostly Ice skating in the Tarmac with a Honda. Before that he was in 250cc since Japan 2002 and Great Britain in 2001.

For the record I am a Rossi Fan.But that does not mean I have to ride a Yamaha. I would not buy a 4 stroke yamaha. 2 stroke yamaha maybe. I did buy and ride a Honda. Would use bridgestone if they were available and to my liking. Just because you ride a Ducati does not mean you have to be a fan of CS.Just because you are an Aussie does not mean you have to be a Fan of CS/Doohan. Personality is important. Agostini's exact words " Rossi is not finished yet" I think Rossi will surpass Agostini's win records. Agostini has good words about Rossi. Only an idiot will call Rossi a clown constantly and consistently without feeling shame. His achievements will be carved on stone. CS is yet to carve it

I heard it on the grapevine that the duke engineers had him in for a two hour brake down apparently they're desperate for some development ideas, it's ok casey winning but the rest might as well be used as pitbikes. Hopefully Shuy can lead them in the right direction. I hope so...;-)

ps I also think that Shuy would be quick on the yamaha it reacts more like a normal motorcycle... but replace Rossi, that's like Stoner replacing Rikkonen guess your just a bit thick...

I reckon Schui would be on the pace given a crack on the Yamaha....
Would be a good P/R move to consider him for rossi's replacement in 09 its all about the ratings and advertisng $$ afterall :D

#46 for Shui - 09

Peter99.....Careful what you say, them are fighting words :)

I agree with you, I was just stating they dont need the PR. I still think it all came about as a offer and the rest followed. I guess we will have to wait and see in Ducatis advertising if the they use Schumacher or not.
Must admit he was pretty quick, but I guess he goes fast on or in anything red ;)
