Hopkins is probably the last rider to mess with... He'd take Lorenzo apart!

Heh, if there are 3 top riders not to be trifled with it'd be:
1. Toseland
2. Capirex
3. Hopper

Toseland seems like the type to bash you with his bike first (as he did to Lorenzo in Qatar) and then get off his bike and beat you with his helmet.

Then there's Hopper who already kicked Checa during last years USGP really isn't to be messed with!

Its a crying shame we never saw Carl Fogarty in amongst this lot. Talk about a bloke you dont f..k with. These kids would have given half a lap clearance.

LoL! This is the funniest thread I've read on here for a long time! :) :) :)

I'd loved to have seen Rob MacElnea in his prime on a GP bike. Now THERE's a guy
who to quote Steve Parrish "Draughted like a truck!" I'll bet he could hit like one too!
hehe!

it's just 'hand bags at 10 paces'!
Hopper is ace - i'd love to see him on a competetive bike - shame it's not a suzook as my personal preferance is blue and white over green!
Lorenzo is ace also - possibly the most exciting addition to GP since rossi - we'll see if he turns out to be a winner to back up his potential.
Just as long as there is competition for the podium at every race and no one (stoner, rossi, pedrosa or who ever) is constantly winning by a great margin.
i'd like to see them all cross the line within 10 seconds - first to last - except de puniet, who i think shoudn't be out there at all!!
(please excuse any typo's - it's late, crap day, bottle of wine, bring on estoril!)

Foggy?... theres a good reason you did not see him in GP for long! "He was too slow"....... plus a total pin head.
'King Carl' looked like he has had his fair share of smacks in the noggin with the ol ugly stick too no doubt ;)

why are kawasaki going with the screamer engine when all other manufacturers have binned them in favour of big-bang?

supermoto Ducati use a screamer firing order. Theory is a screamer will give more peak power, but offer less traction. With the lower output of the 800's peak power is seen as the way to go by some teams.
