chu chu n harryxxx..you both might we right n you both might be wrong..we hav not seen the xrays or the medical records so we cannot say for sure what is the exact state of his injuries...

i can just say that if he is trying to make it look more than it really is then he should remember the old story of the little boy who cried Wolf too many a time...

i know it does strike a physological blow to the others to see him riding injured but the ones who are strong in the head will not let it affect them....

medically speaking if he did have the injuries as stated i would side with chu chu coz if yr ankles are damaged standing itself is a prob pushing a bike is out of the question

for f sake harry. a friend of mine who s no softie and rides for the national spanish series had the same injury in his right ankle 1 week before Lorenzo, spat out of a 1098 highsiding for quite a few metres. he s in no shape to push a bike, and is probably stronger than jorge.
lorenzo is injured, no dout ... but how do u explain that he was able to pushstart the bike for the warmup in china? and showed no signs of pain at parc fermè today.

I have had a brake in the wrist and couldn't use it for the pain, however I have also have a fractured wrist and could pick my nose and hold a pint no worries,,, you don't have to exagerate injuries for them to be a lot less than they seem.............

Nice speculations on Lorenzo's part as a smart public deceiver. Quit your crap. Next time round some nerd is going to claim that he actually dropped it on purpose so people have pity for him. Grow up.

The guy dropped it a few times quite hard. He's just pushing himself over the limit taking huge risks, ending up 3 places down from where he belongs. You could see that in Shanghai and you could see that in Le Mans where he even went across the graveltrap MX-style. It is completely normal that, apart from racing, he is not jumping around on his healing knees and ankles. A wheel chair just makes sure he doesn't unnecessary hurt he ankles. PR is just informing...

Lorenzo go! :) :) :)

West doesn't deserve another chance. He's a nice guy and fast on a 120 hp bike, but he's not fast enough on a motoGP-bike. The series is just full of top class World champions which are simply far above his level. He should go to another series and ride a ZX6RR. Hopper s'got 10 times his number of points already.

Forget it. Even Kawasaki deserve better than that...

AFX, I don't think the other 3 Ducati's have problem only with the electronics! I mean many here say that Casey is so fast only due to the electronics, while you say that the others suffer due to the electronics. Casey is just better than the other 3,and manage to ride over some problems the bike have. The Ducati have some flaws, which the electronics don't manage to take care of,thats why the other 3 riders are at supersport lap times......Hayden got a "minibike", no wonder he struggles.

Guy 1098 nobody is moaning... The other 3 Ducati riders are suffering because they ar having trouble dealing with the electronics, they've all said it. Hayden has problems with electronics and too much TC on his Honda, so why would he suddenly adapt to a bike that relies so heavily on them?

Lorenzo's got an eye for pr so I'm sure he doesn't mind playing it up a bit, but then again there are practical reasons for using the wheelchair and staying on the bike in the pits - if you have one ankle hurt you can take the weight with the other, but if both are hurt the weight has to go on one or the other. He's clearly able to put weight on them when he's riding, but no point putting extra strain on them just for the sake of it.

There's maybe a psycological factor too.. he's saying to the others, look I'm still running near the front even when I can't walk. Why aren't you beating me?
