People keep harping on Nicky's 3 wins and saying its not enough. What about the rest of the grid who have been there equally as long if not longer with 0 wins? Should they not be in MotoGp either? Sounds like you guys want a field of only 3 or 4 riders, the field is pretty thin as is... I have been trying to figure out where the hate comes from and I cant figure it out, can somebody help me understand that part?

That''s good news for Nakano, does this mean that Dovi''s seat is sealed at HRC?? because Dovi is consistently faster...

Only thing it means is that Nakano is riding a Honda next year. No way would Honda give him a factory bike for him to go to another manufacture next year with the info on the bike.

Odd that they didn't give this opportunity to Dovi. Perhaps Nakano is set to be their development rider next year?

It was stated that since Nakano is Japanes, he would be able to communicate better with the HRC engineers to further develop the bike. He is getting a standard wroks version of the bike with spring valves.

Why do all you Nicky haters hate so much. He has proved himself in MotoGP. Just because he's had a run of bad luck, you want him out of MotoGP?

They will have to give it to a Japanese Rider if they can. Also IMO I think Honda knows that Michelin is Crap this year and better for Shinya to Test Factory Honda with Bridgestones which might dictate how Honda goes next year. Looking at how Rossi, Stoner and Vermeulen doing much better with Bridgestones. Bridgestones seem to be scorching Michelin Tracks this year. Honda might as well give it a try since Rossi is no longer developing for Honda they seem to be nowhere last few years at least follow Rossi's choice of tyres. 2006 was fluke for Honda and 2007 they just made it by one point for 2nd which was another fluke. Honda Racing Corporation used to be a big name. Not anymore.
