I reckon his will do OK at Ducati. There was some luck involved in 2006. But he was a consistant front runner that year. He just can't rider the tiny Honda which is much more suited Pedrosas smooth style.

The Ducati is big and has some raw power, thats what Haydon prefers, it's closer to a Superbike than the Honda is and he would do well on it.

But he beat Rossi, which means instant hatred from 80% of the people that read Crash.

Wonder if Honda will field a wild card? Bet Nicky''s contract with Honda is currently in the shredder at HRC.....

This will seal his fate as far as Repsol Honda are concerned. Taxi for Nicky, I''m guessing his destination will be Ducati.

Stupid decision of everyone involved. Hayden for wanting it, Honda for allowing it.

imo, Nicky is an awesome rider, from the outside looking in to HRC, he does not seem to get the support that Dani gets, nothing against Dani though or any other rider for that matter.
Nicky should have gone to Ducati last year, he would not be where he is now in the c/ship table, he would be a lot higher..........imo

get well soon....come back fighting....do not sign for Honda....go to Ducati...please!

Makes no odds anyway. He's eighth in the championship and not fast enough or capable of getting anywhere near the front to help Pedrosa or take any points of the other contenders.
At Laguna Seca the only race he ever looks likely to win at he came 5th.
You can't fault his determination, but he just cannot ride the 07 or 08 Honda's.
If Dovi is not on a Factory Honda next year there is no justice in the world.

PS please God let Kawasaki make one race bike that works, GP, WSB or BSB or i'll have to respray the Green Ninja (or just ride in the dark). :)
