I reckon his will do OK at Ducati. There was some luck involved in 2006. But he was a consistant front runner that year. He just can't rider the tiny Honda which is much more suited Pedrosas smooth style.

The Ducati is big and has some raw power, thats what Haydon prefers, it's closer to a Superbike than the Honda is and he would do well on it.

But he beat Rossi, which means instant hatred from 80% of the people that read Crash.

just double checked on germany race. rossi won and that was the race where he equaled mike hailwoods record. anyone remember rossi's sorry mike sign, well that was the race.

Hmm, just triple checked it myself and it seems that the motogp.com site's archives are incorrect. Weird. :? Rossi did win that one. Not that it matters now. :rolleyes:
