I hope the guys out there testing and putting the miles in for Michelin get a thanks from Dani for their work when he gets a decent set of tyres!... :)

I can''t wait to see Lorenzo back on form... Hes shown hes exceptionally fast, hes shown he can be a bit wild (more than once this year!) and hes also shown after Brno that he doesn''t mind a bit of hard work to get somewhere!

Also credit to the other guys who have been banging out laps to try and get Michelin some info to start making progress...

Luk, I agreed with what you say about work ethic and development, but you seem to be adopting the stereotypical Stoner-hater persona. Stoner and his team developed his bike from a crappy-handling POS into the fastest bike on the grid THIS YEAR, when Capirex was at suzuki. Clearly Melandri had no hand in it. Plus, by your own logic Stoner should be able to develop a bike since he is always out on track testing, testing, testing. If you don't like him fair enough but give the guy some credit.

Saran, I'm not attacking or demeaning Lorenzo's efforts in any way. It is Michelin who are the problem here and that is why the Yamaha/Michelin teams were nowhere. The conditions during qualifying and during the race were the same for everyone. If you read the article by Edwards during this same tyre test it sounds like he has come to much the same conclusion as I have. Tyre progress maybe, but not enough and too late to be of use.
