Oh what a disaster if Stoner can''t compete on level terms with Rossi, it will rob us of one of the closzeest Moto Gp championships in years.

I hope for his and our sakes that his wrist can stand the strain and Stoner can race on this year, what a blow.

Hope that Casey can race against Valentino, it's shaping up to be the best championship in ages, I still haven't recovered from Laguna, although Brno was a bit of a disappointment once Stoner fell off.

I''m not a Stoner fan but he deserves full credit for planning to ride. Hopefully he''ll do well and not do further damage to the wrist.

Lets hope it doesnt affect him much on race day. The rossi vs stoner duel is the most exciting by far this year

Something is wrong, wrong, wrong here. My hope is not only for this race and this year, but also that the broken bone does not affect CS for the remainder of his career.

Hi guys,I am at presant suffering the same injury including a few more broken ones in the wrist and I can tell you first hand I would rather be stoner than niki hayden now that is a painfull one!In the world of injurys its "Minor" and as for worring about the "rest" of his career "behave youself" I have just been up a ladder putting new guttering up on my own with it,mind you good excuse if he does not win I guess?? If it is a continual problem they will put a pin in it "simple"

I had broken my left scaphoid (amongst others) about two years ago. I was told by the doctors that it is a particularly nasty type of brake because this tiny bone is fed with blood only from one side, so if it's broken half of it receives no blood at all. This means it heals very difficult, if it heals at all. Eventually they inserted a screw in it which will never be removed. At least now I have an armored scaphoid!

Stoner's incident proved the doctors right. What a pitty, he's the only one capable of fighting with Rossi...
