MotoGP will be more interesting but certainly not as exciting as WSBK in 2009. As for Dani-yeah well Divisioso is right-he wont see his full potential until Puig is out of the scene. Dani will never learn to be a team player or be completely respected in the paddocks as long as that Pucker Fuig is his manager. You never hear other team mangers talking smack. HRC could do better without Puig, certainly Dani will do better without Puig.

MOTOGP » Dovizioso shrugs off Pedrosa rivalry

Andrea Dovizioso is out to prove he is more than 'just a rival' to new team-mate Dani Pedrosa.

I think this could very well be Honda''s strongest team EVER!! Dovi has the chance of challenging for the title which puts Honda in the same positon Yamaha started this year. If Lorenzono can keep his form throughout the season then that will make 5 people minimum(Dani,Dovi,Stoner,Rossi,Lorenzo) challenging for the title.

Yet to see how Sete/nicky or the tech 3 guys run to challenge for wins throughout the year it could be a great season(can''t really be much worse that the last 2). I hope they do become friends as it may help Danni to be seen in a better and probably more accurate light than past which has pretty much all been AP doing/saying.

I look forward to watching Dovizioso challenge Pedroda many times. Pedrosa has beaten him a number of times in 125 and 250cc but Dovizioso is very smooth and he has a larger body size.
Quite surprising Dovizioso speaks ill of Puig already!

I think that the battle lines have been well and truly drawn already. Puig says Dovi "is just another rider on the track", Dovi says "Dani could do better with another manager". The Puig / Dovi battle is going to get pretty intense, and Puig is dealing from a position of strength. Dovi had better ride the freckle out of that Honda 'cause he is going to get SFA help from either Pedrosa or Puig in 09. Dovi doesn't seem to me to be particularly fragile, so it could be an interesting by play to the racing.

I'm curious if now they are all on the same tyres it means that the wall between the two HRC pitboxes will disappear.
It should as it is a really unsportive statement to make. Why not try and work like a team, it will only make them stronger.
Same goes for Fiat Yamaha ofcourse, tear down the walls! After all Yamaha have always shared data amongst eachother.

Morgue: Rossi already said in an interview that he'd like to keep the wall, because he thinks that it is a better way of working. And asked about it Puig also already said that the wall will stay there. Seems as if same tyres for everybody don't change a thing in that regard. On the contrary, some other teams apparently also said that a wall might be helpful and a successful concept. Who knows.

Dovi has been doing very well but how much does he knows about Pedrosa and Puig?
In my view it will be better for him to keep quiet and do the talking on the race track, team mates doesn't mean you have to help your team mate but you do have to beat him first.

Lets face it Dovi isn't a 7 stone weed who can't pass people on the brakes for toffee - so he must have a chance of beating the Umpa Lumpa!

Dovi has always been on his own in teams so I don't think it'll bother him at all. As belly said Dovi's not fragile and anything the poison dwarf can throw at him will go straight over his head (if he can reach that high!). Is anyone else starting to feel a bit sorry for Danny in all this?? I started off not liking him, then loathing him, but with all this BS from Puig i'm begining to think that Puig is the personality(or non personality!) that we know and that Danny is so quiet and shy that he speaks through Puig and it gets distorted in translation?

Valentino or Doohan aren't enough for you? 8 titles...
I think THAT WAS a strong team.
