Herve Poncharal is delighted with the Tech 3 Yamaha line-up for 2009... but there is always room for improvement.

I heard that Edwards was really mad in connection with switching their crew chiefs.
Probably it''s good decision couse Colin need some agression on track. This guy is like shadow now while in SBK he could be the same legend like Bayliss.....srange story.

the changes could workout well.the one thing that didnt help either rider was the michelin debacle half way through the season.colin has plenty of guts if the bike is sorted he will do well also jt.

switching crew chief to gain results..strange idea, as if pilots needs such changes :
to get better results: it's as usual the french national game : apologies...
as for edwards, he belong to this kind of guys who can always find a ride whenever the results (like Melandri). winning a WSB title doesn't mean you will be forever good
let's hope Toseland doesn't follow this path.
in the same time, young guns from 250 show tremendous capacities and results. one more year with edwards, a wise choice ?

I can only presume that this is to help JT with the bike setup? I think Edwards can cope on his own and the team aren't really expecting him to go for wins on a regular basis(is anyone?), where as JT obviously still gets a little lost in the setup of the bike, so they've pushed the most experianced crew chief over to help him as he's the real future for the team.

Yamaha is the only manufacturer that support its satellite team with a factory bike, not surprised their independent team also beat some factory team on the field.

Both James Toseland and Collin are scored some changeable results in this season, sometime they compete for podiums and sometimes for backmarker also.. I'm hoping a steady results for 2009, maybe a team reshuffles is not a bad idea.
