Give him Rossi's treatment i'm sure he's getting looked after very well, its been said that he was given all Rossi Michelin data not sure what good it was but still thats yamaha making sure he had the best start that they could give him.I agree this lad going to be right up there in 2009....

Amazing what can be done with all the good gear and topline support. I think we'll see a few more acrobatic antics from George throughout the season. If he gets through '09 intact, only then will he be a serious challenger for 2010. He's a tough bugger, but that won't be enough to ensure a no.1 plate with the level of competition he will face.

Yamaha have said G.O.A.T is the star of today and Jorge is the star of tomorrow! hopefully jorge will have a good year on Yamaha and Dovi goes good on the Honda, my pick for next year? because there is little between the top 4 riders everything will have to be top notch, providing G.O.A.T has the bike and can improve his starts I think he will win the title and retire from Moto gp! (might go to WSB and slay them there as well) my pick for a future Yamaha rider? Spies!

Interesting about this interview is that he first came out talking about challenging Rossi for the title in 2009,
now he says there's no pressure and stuff... maybe someone at Yamaha told him to shut the lid a little
Sure he's a great talent but he has a tendency to get carried away at times, better to stay humble Mr. Lorenzo.

The series is based around Rossi, the new tires will suit Rossi and that is a fact.

Why is this the case? Because if Rossi does not win the championship, the so called "die hard fans" will leave the $port in droves and DORNA know this.

This is evident with Stoner blowing everyone to the weeds and then there is a major change in the way the so called $port is run.

I think it's time to watch a real motorcycle fans sport and give WSBK the support it deserves.

I guess at the end of the day, it puts down Rossi's World championship and makes the likes of Doohan, Rainey, Sheene, Roberts, etc more credible world champions. I am sure the sheep will disagree.
