I presume you're a car fan who's looking to see how our boy compares to your superstars? If you knew Rossi you'd know if an overtake is possible(or sometimes seemingly not!) he'll be the one to pull it off! Your boys in their metal boxes haven't got balls half as big as the ones in a bike paddock!

Rossi would have been quicker with the No 46 on the car - come on Ferrari you missed a chance there...

AND as he left the pit lane Rossi couldn't stand up and adjust himself.... therefore throughout the test he had a certain amount of discomfort - costing 1.6secs per lap... (Source unknown) :)

Hi jmv, Rossi *did* run with 46 on the car, it's on the front of the car over his legs.
I agree with the adjusting bit though. I wonder if he holds the wing mirror before he gets in? :p

Driving fast is one thing, but overtaking is another!! It would take years for rossi to learn to overtake and defend etc etc.. :p how fast would he be in a gp2 race :?

Rossi is the king of overtaking and and defending. Overtaking would be harder with a car, but defending a lot easyer. Anyway i think he would adapt pretty quik, but i realy don't think he will go to F1.

Please not John Surtees was 500cc champion not MotoGP you can not link the two together. Todays MotoGP is not the same as 350cc or 500cc Bike GPs of the past, thats why you can not compare the riders as to who is the best, it was a different time and way of doing things
