I think they mean 1 second from Rossi and Pedrosa, unless Stoner really is faking his wrist injury.. :)

I would not enjoy being an engineer in that garage now.

I would definitely hate being anywhere near that garage, or having any business to do with it, by the end of 2009 season.

Tied for fifth and one second behind Rossi after only four days on a bike and tire he's never been on before. That's a good sign. Unfortunately, the only way to really know where Nicki stands is for Stoner to return and see where they place relative to each other.

@noideareally - I would be interested to get more info about your comments. Why would you not enjoy being an engineer in the Ducati garage now?? Or want to have any business with it?? Please explain.

Well because a Mr. Nicky Hayden will be complaining that the Bike was built around Casey Stoner and than mid year he will be crying for upgrades and on a good day he will be abusing his tires to show off burning them and then run out of fuel at the last lap.

@ rogerio
7 - new bike/new tire/new classification = good result from Kallio. Don't you think.

In the 2 years Casey Stoner has ridden the Ducati he has won 16 races in MotoGP. The Kenturkey Kid is dreaming

Nicky doesn't whine , he get's on with th job in hand , is always a gent and is very respectful , even when Dani's manager had a go at him.
You guy's make me laugh with your lack of knowledge and understanding.
Hayden will do just fine in 2009 , wait and see.

Note the difference:

Rossi / Lorenzo : Wall of Shame with no matter

Stoner injuried but present to help Hayden : nice way to work
