BTW, recently there was some User Poll in a Mag or some website. I think 57% have voted for Valentino Rossi, some 20% or so to Lewis Hamilton and some 10% or so to Sebastian Loeb. Sorry I don't remember this poll source properly, but once gain it proves that 'The Doctor' is the People's Champion of Champions Go Rossi Go!!!!!

Till date, at least in auto sports, I've never seen a complete sportsman and a human like Senna. For example:

In 1992, at Spa, Belgium during Friday free practice Erik Comas had crashed heavily on the back straight other drivers drove past the wreckage at high speed. Senna could be seen jumping out of his car and while endangering his own life, sprinting down the track to the wrecked car to reach inside and hit the electrics kill switch, to prevent a possible fire.

In 1993, Alessandro Zanardi crashed his Lotus heavily at Eau Rouge corner, Senna could again be seen jumping out of his car to help the injured driver.

How many today can take such risks

Come on, even the bitterest Aussie cannot deny Rossis' place in this pole. He is world champion (again), most wins, most podiums and bit of a laugh. Even if you don't count the special, flown in overnight votes, Rossi would still have won this pole by a mile.

i don't understand how a guy with only 2 pole position and a single fastest lap can be voted no 1?????????

& i always thought the winner of a race was the first over the finnish line...
