Let me get this straight...

Next year we have Rossi and Lorenzo on the factory Yamahas. Pedrosa and Dovi on the factory Hondas and we should not rule out Ducati with Hayden and Stoner. I already count to six....

Realistically I do not see a top five overal finish for Toseland, but wish to be surprised.

top 5 may be hard to get to,, to many other riders will walk to it.. rossi stoner pedrosa, dovi, almost certain the top 4

from there its a guessing game hayden may well perform where others have failed.

should be a good season ahead alot closer but on race day rossi has the craft 90% of the time stoner has lots of skill and the best electronics.. pedrosa its make or break

I think James' results have been a bit marred by the performance of the Michelins and his lack of track knowledge,
with these two factors taken out of the equation he could (should) do better next year.
Fifth overall however will be very hard, if not impossible in such a strong field.

If the tyre suits ,his agression returns, then why not top 5.

The question is: Can Toseland - in a satellite team - run with the fastest guys consistently ? Only a truly outstanding racer could do that, and I am not sure Toseland can be described as outstanding. There are just to many guys on factory machines for JT to be top 5. If he could be top Satellite racer come seasons end then that would be fantastic for him.

Never run top 5 im afraid.
Best JT can hope for is 6-8th. In fact inside the top ten will be good.

Top 5? Why not WC? That's just as likely. Top 5 will be Vale, Dovi, Jorge, Dani, Casey.

Perhaps there even will be a Suzuki in front of James.

Toseland is probably a good rider, but all this hype is not good for him.

Top 5 would be too optimistic, it just overconfidence dude. Top 10 will be more realistic
