Last season, I can only think of one motogp race that really had me on the edge of my seat - Laguna. But when I think of the WSBK season, there were many races that had me bouncing up and down. I don't really care if the Motogp bikes go a little bit faster, for me, the thrill is to watch bikes going hammer and tongs and swapping places on a regular basis!!

I'm looking forward to WSBK next year far more than MotoGP. It's going the same as F1 and slowly disappearing up it's own ass...

Spec tyres and Moto2 just two of Dornas recent stupid decisions.

Lorenzo left his manager who used to run the number 48. Apparently he and his manager had a falling out and he decided to shed the number 48 along with his manager.

I remember the artical, not sure if it was on here but definatly on motogp.com. He gave his fans the choice of 87, 99, 23, or staying with 48. Looks like they chose 99. I hope McWilliams doesn't mind! LOL

And here I jokingly said that Pedrosa would change his number to 3....what a tool!

When is Hayden been in the sand trap? You can accuse him of many things, crashing a lot is not one of them.

Order:
Rossi
Stoner
Pedrosa
Lorenzo

No one said Hayden crashes a lot. They just commented on his number being the same upside down as it is right side up. Also, if you are same Joe B as the guy on the Speed forums you should know why Hayden runs the # he does, and part of the reason his dad or whoever ran it (so it could be read even when they were upside down in the dirt was one of the anecdotes he's said over and over while discussing his number). :)

The comment about the bike being turned upside down with the number still readable actually comes from Nicky himself,
surf around a bit and you'll find it. You didn't think I was so original as to be able to make that up, did you? :p

He mentioned where #69 came from in the DVD movie - "Faster": or is it "The Doctor, the kid, and the tornado"

Being a (semi)old git, I wondered how many riders competed in the 1969 500cc championship - the year I started watching. The answer?.......56 riders (in total) and 14 different manufacturers. Of course, Ago run away with it but compared to 19 riders, it makes you wonder................

The days of running a hyosung home tuned out the back of a tranny and finishing 20 laps down on the factories are long gone...thankfully. Hold on the list Honda haven:t decided if they are pulling the plug yet.. if so please please please Yam give Rossi a factory bike in WSBK, Motogp will be pointless if it happens...
