Following on from the various comments about Crash promoting their own products, do any of you watch TV, listen to the radio, read the newspapers or magazines or is all that beyond your intellectual reach?!!!

All media companies use whatever means available to promote their own products be they programmes, products, individuals etc etc.

I see no harm at all in Crash promoting their excellent books, calendars and whatever else they choose to promote, after all they don't charge us to visit this site, they don't charge us to download anything, they provide us with up to the minute news reporting, the very best images from the world of motorsport and all that you ******* can do is *****

It is NOT available from Amazon in the USA - "Title not yet released" !! A few years back this was the case and had to write the GM of the publisher who got the distribution issues fixed with Amazon. I hope this is not a repeat. :?

Get it while you can. News just in that Kawasaki are poised to quit MotoGp with immediate effect. How many other manufacturers are close?

Of course, you may say that Kawasaki are no great loss, but in these uncertain times, the loss of any manufacturer is cause for regret.

Ah, so it is the season of goodwill to all men I see as small minded and no doubt jealous individuals seek to deride Crash for promoting their excellent books, why not I ask, have you nothing to promote yourselves, or is it that whatever you have is not worth promoting or doesn't even get into the top 100,000 of anything worth having.

Well done Crash, not only are you leading the way on the web but you're also doing it in books, maybe you'll start a magazine next or a TV channel, now wouldn't that give your detractors something to whine about.

There are such bad losers out there, maybe it's because they can't copy your stories of self promotion and pass them off as their own!

Apparently Harry it's because the distributors in the USA (Motorbooks International) don't receive the books in time before Christmas, as they're printed in Europe they're shipped to the USA and distributed from Wisconsin.

If you bought directly from the publisher in the UK you'd get your books before Christmas, obviously there's a saving to be made by buying from Alazon but by buying directly from CG you'd guarantee a pre Christmas delivery.

I've just been reading the Motocourse report on the Laguna Seca race as Eurosport have just run a repeat of the race here in the UK, it's still the number one motorcycle sport annual in the world, it's unbeatable.

Hope you like it Harry.

To "Cheeky Charlie" .. Thanks for the input Charlie. Normaly (last 3 years) Amazon have had available for order before Christmas, but not this year even at time of writing. I have the last 19 issues and it is a great publication: if they don't have it available in the next few days, I'll order it from the UK.
