Great news, that''s awesome, Silverstone is a high speed track that will really suit the Moto GP bikes, wow this is fantastic news.

It''s a shame that Donington have lost it but all is fair in love and war and as Donington have won the F1 GP, it''s only fair that Silverstone should get the bikes.

What high drama, guess that crash mentioned the possibility of this back in the summer though, well done you guys.

Well at least the facilities are better than the sh1t hole of Donington...they deserved to lose it. Having said that, the new Donington F1 track looks very good indeed. Shame we won't see GP bikes there.

Gee, didn''t see this coming....Once again, MotoGP gets shafted by F1. Donington was such a great circuit for bikes, even if the facilities were a little lacklustre. Fool me for thinking that maybe the big revamp of the place for F1 might benefit MotoGP...This sucks big time.

Was on the card when they move the F1 to Donnington.

Will they use the full GP track?

And hoping they dont loose anymore teams with in a year.

Well done Crash, I didn't think you were the ones who broke the story but hey look what I found www.crash.net/motorsport/motogp/news/159734-0/silverstone_wants_british_motogp.html

You broke the story back in February 2008, you're the best, well done Crash.

I think it's great that Silverstone have got the Moto GP, all the locals living close to Silverstone were very worried about the possibility of no major event being held at Silverstone, this is wonderful news for us all.
