Draco completes '09 line-up

The Draco team will head into next season's World Series by Renault campaign with an unchanged line-up after confirming that Marco Barba would return to partner Bertrand Baguette for a second year.

Nearly a week after Baguette's return to the Italian squad was announced, Valencian Barba put pen to paper to cement his place on the grid for a second year, although team manager Nadia Morini admitted that the confirmation was little more than a formality, with Barba long expected to return.

"This press release is only a pro forma, as everyone knew that Marco was in the team because he did all the winter testing with us," Morini conceded, "However, we think it is right to give the official confirmation. I am sure that he has enormous potential, but he must only use what he learned last year. If he will do it, I expect great satisfaction for him and for us."

Barba gained valuable experience both on an off track in his first year with Draco, having replaced brother Alvaro in the Italian squad's line-up, finishing 14th overall with 24 points.
