Ogier rolls out in Wales

Sebastien Ogier has retired from the Wales Rally GB this morning after rolling his Citroen C4 WRC car.

Ogier, who was making his debut in a World Rally Car this weekend, crashed out near the end of the 30.68 kilometre-run through Resolfen 1. It is not yet known if he will be able to re-start on day 3 under the SupeRally.

Ogier had been running ninth, having lost time in SS5 on Friday when he was briefly stopped by a gearbox problem. Prior to that, some what sensationally, the 2008 Junior World Rally champion had actually been leading.

More to follow as we get it...
