What a promising start for Subaru''s new car. It is great to see Petter have some good luck for a change. I hope he is right and that Subaru are on the way back. It would be great to have another team challenging for wins. Guess we will get more proof - one way or the other - in Turkey.

Well, what a start for the new car, while cars were falling a part all around, the new car and Petter came through without difficulty. I am so pleased, and hope the new car will progress even further and the team can win again soon, lets see what happens in Turky, last time out Petter pushed Gronholm all the way in the S12, i can't wait.

Subaru is back but not its drivers.
I don't believe PPPetter is still a front runner driver. He is making many rookie mistakes which can not give him a podium. Chris is better than him.

I'm sorry for subaru team. remember in greece subaru has always done well except in 2005, so it's not a matter of being a new car. we will not it's competitiveness in new zealand where the pure speed is required.

Riaz, your talking out of the top of your head son !!, No one can get second on a WRC event without being the cream of the crop and on a Rally like this you need a top top car, yes ok Petter hasn't been driving well and/or having much luck the last couple of seasons but trust me when I say he very much still possesses what it takes to win and I think he will win before the season ends, this is early days for the new car, I think citroen and Ford need to work flat out to make sure they stay competetive with the new Subaru. oh and yes Chris is starting to finally get some proper results but i think he has a long way to go to be a match for Petter. I think most would agree with me on that.

I think it's a bit early to be stating "Subaru are back", yes second was a good result but it was more through the problems of everybody else.
I think they should wait until after the mid-season break, when they do Finland, Germany, France, Spain and New Zealand where outright speed is important before announcing "Subaru are back".

Dafydd, I'm with you on this one. Petter is an extremely talented driver who has had disappointment after disappointment, failure after failure and is it any wonder that his personal performances have suffered. His confidence has taken a real battering, but he hasn't lost the desire to do well.
Lets hope the guy is equipped with a decent, reliable car and some well overdue luck that will put his confidence back on a high, then let's see Riaz eat his words.
